🚀 New Features

  • Duplicate Finder: A powerful new tool to detect and clean up duplicate files in your library.
    • Multi-layered Detection: Finds duplicates using three methods:
      • Exact Match: Identical file content (binary hash).
      • Heuristic: Similar filenames and file sizes (e.g. box_v1.stl vs box_v2.stl).
      • Visual: Uses "Perceptual Hashing" to find models that look the same, even if renamed completely.
  • Notes Popover: View your file notes directly from the file list without opening the details panel.
  • Custom Render Material: You can now choose the default colour for your 3D model previews in Settings.

⚡ Improvements

  • Collections:
    • Group Support: Model Groups can now be added to Collections alongside individual files.
    • Visual Indicators: Files now display a badge showing which collection they belong to, if added as individual file.

This release brings a long-awaited feature to keep your library clean and organised.
