desktop: app icon + Desktop/Start Menu shortcuts

- assets/icon.ico embedded in the exe (sr_generator.spec)
- build_desktop.ps1 drops "SR Generator.lnk" on the Desktop and in the Start
  Menu after the build; -NoShortcut skips it
