SR Generator desktop v0.12.0

One-click local build: run SR Generator.exe (inside the unzipped folder) to run the whole app on your PC - FastAPI backend + web UI + SQLite + local storage, no install required. Data lives in ~/.sr-generator. See DESKTOP.md in the repo for details.
