Fixed

• The bundled researcher cited an instruction path that does not exist. Re-pinned the cast to HVE Squad 0.16.2 and regenerated it so the researcher resolves the root-level untrusted-content boundary instruction (host/cast/package-pin.json, host/cast/.github/).
