please_pex 3.0.2-windows.2 (windows_amd64)

A windows_amd64 build of please_pex, which upstream does not publish, built from the windows branch of this fork at 31d462c. It writes the init.py files it adds under /-separated names, so a package's own init.py is no longer shadowed by an empty one on Windows. Every other platform still comes from please-build.
