v1.3.1 Price History

When making this sheet I said I couldn't add the price history tab because Eve x Excel did not have a history function. This is no longer the case (🥳). CCP added .MARKET_HISTORY a few weeks ago so I recreated the price history window as best as I could.

It is very rudimentary, showing only the past 4 months of orders and not being able to be moved. I intend to change this in the future, but for now it works pretty well for viewing recent orders.

On my personal version of the sheet, I was toying with the idea of making a price watcher so you could easily see what items to buy and sell, but that might be outside the scope of this project.
