• A confirmation claim that declines a deposit now releases its row lock before returning instead
  of holding it until the pool's background return task sends the queued ROLLBACK, which could
  make the finality watcher skip that deposit for a tick. Refund verification, finality evidence
  and reversal, scanner snapshot retries, hints, webhook disabling, treasury restoration, and
  metadata updates also release their locks before returning.
