NoRefund v1.0.0

macOS build note: the macOS build is not yet considered final and may be unstable. It is ad-hoc signed rather than notarized (no Apple Developer account yet), so macOS will likely show an "is damaged and can't be opened" dialog on first launch — run xattr -cr NoRefund.app after extracting to fix this. Windows and Linux builds are the primary, tested targets for this release.
