Bump version for the honest-rails social-bet correction (PR #20). - SKILL.md frontmatter: version 1.2.0 -> 1.2.1 - README.md: version badge -> 1.2.1 - CHANGELOG.md: promote [Unreleased] to [1.2.1] (2026-07-17); add the [1.2.1] compare link and repoint [Unreleased] at v1.2.1...HEAD.
