Completes the Seerr rebrand and restructures app configuration docs for clarity.

Upgrade note: Existing users must migrate the jellyseerr Docker volume to seerr. See upgrade instructions.

Highlights

  • Container rename: jellyseerr → seerr — container, service, and volume all renamed. Completes the rebrand started in v1.6.4
  • App configuration docs split into 3 guides — Script-Assisted (~5 min), Manual (~30 min), and Advanced (optional tuning). Clear step-by-step flow: access setup → script → configuration
  • Parallel domain checks — pre-commit .lan lookups now run concurrently (<1s vs ~28s)
  • SETUP.md cleanup — slimmer Step 4, SABnzbd/Bazarr added to Stack Overview, clearer "Core Complete" section
