v1.7.3: Seerr sync fix, Pi-hole AAAA DNS, folder rename script

Fixes Seerr showing downloaded content as "Requested", adds Pi-hole IPv6 DNS fix for Alpine containers, and includes a folder-rename script for Sonarr.

Upgrade note: Existing users should enable Seerr library sync and set quality profile defaults. See upgrade instructions.

• fix-sonarr-folders.sh script — Renames Sonarr series folders via the API so the database stays in sync (renaming folders directly on disk breaks tracking). LLM-generated and human-reviewed — check the script before running
• qBittorrent stall timeout — Pauses torrents after 30 minutes of inactivity so Sonarr/Radarr can detect them and automatically search for alternatives
• Pi-hole AAAA DNS fix — address=/lan/:: returns :: for AAAA queries on .lan domains instead of NXDOMAIN. Fixes DNS failures in Alpine/musl containers (e.g., Gluetun)
• Seerr library sync and quality defaults — Jellyfin libraries must be enabled and synced in Seerr, with quality profiles set to UHD Bluray + WEB / Ultra-HD
• qBittorrent auth subnet whitelist — Prevents IP bans from Sonarr/Radarr reconnections after container restarts
