alpha-no-bot

Disable chatbot for security reasons

- Commented out chatbot widget in _quarto.yml
- Rebuilt site without chatbot functionality
- Updated README with instructions to re-enable chatbot when needed
- All chatbot implementation files preserved for future use

The chatbot can be re-enabled by uncommenting the include-after-body
line in _quarto.yml and running ./deploy.sh
