aiobedrock v1.0.0

New Features

  • count_tokens() — Count input tokens before sending requests (Converse or InvokeModel style)
  • apply_guardrail() — Evaluate content against a Bedrock Guardrail without invoking a model
  • start_async_invoke() — Start background model invocations with S3 output
  • get_async_invoke() — Check status of an async invocation
  • list_async_invokes() — List recent async invocations with filtering
  • outputConfig parameter for converse() and converse_stream() — Structured JSON schema output

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed serviceTier header name (X-Amzn-Bedrock-Service-Tier)
  • Fixed lazy TCPConnector initialization for aiohttp >=3.10 compatibility
  • Fixed count_tokens invokeModel body serialization (JSON string, not base64)
  • Corrected serviceTier enum values to match API (priority, default, flex, reserved)

Improvements

  • Exported BedrockClientError and BedrockStreamError from package
  • Comprehensive test suite (18 tests, pylint 10.00/10)
  • New examples: count_tokens.py, apply_guardrail.py, async_invoke.py
  • Full API reference in README for all new methods
