• One-click install for Claude Desktop (#87). Releases now carry
  dav-mcp-<version>.mcpb, an MCP Bundle
  of the stdio server with its production dependencies. Opening it in Claude
  Desktop installs dav-mcp and asks for server URL, username, password (stored
  as a secret) and authentication method — no JSON editing, no Node.js or npx.
  The bundle offers Basic and Digest; OAuth for Google is not part of it.
  npm test fails when manifest.json disagrees with package.json,
  server.json or the registered tools; npm run mcpb:sync rewrites its
  version and tool list.
