Verahai v1.1.0 — Release Notes
What this release is
v1.1.0 turns the MVP into an experience people instantly understand.
v1.0.0 proved the system: mint a position, lock Φ, carry the proof.
v1.1.0 makes it inevitable by tightening the three things that matter most:
- New-user comprehension (in seconds, not minutes)
- ZK/verification clarity (proof states are unmistakable)
- Vault + mint flows (currency-grade behavior, fewer edge-case failures)
✅ Highlights
1) “How this works” is now built into the product
-
Added a tasteful How-To / What is this? entry point exactly where users need it (right before action).
-
Clear, simple language that frames Verahai correctly:
- Sigil-Glyph = sovereign proof you carry
- Verahai = markets where positions are portable receipts
- Verification = read the proof, don’t trust a platform
2) Proof UX upgraded (ZK + verification is now obvious)
-
Proof state is now explicit and consistent:
- Verified / Proof present / Proof missing states are clearly distinguishable
-
ZK metadata is treated as first-class:
- Scheme / hash / public inputs surfaced cleanly for audit + confidence
-
Verification messaging rewritten so users understand the core truth:
- the Sigil-Glyph contains the proof
- the verifier just reads it
3) Vault & minting hardened for real use
- Deposit / withdraw / balance display tightened so it behaves like an actual value vault.
- Improved movement recording and state sync around minting & locking Φ.
- Reduced brittle UI states and “what just happened?” moments.
🆕 New in v1.1.0
Onboarding & comprehension
-
In-product micro-onboarding that teaches the full system in one breath:
- Inhale → Lock Φ → Mint Position → Share → Verify → Settle
-
Copy tightened so even a non-crypto, non-tech user gets it immediately.
Sigil-Glyph rendering upgrades
-
Improved glyph visuals and layout polish:
- cleaner rings / spacing / center value readability
- “currency-grade” number placement so Φ reads correctly
-
More consistent encoded ring text + metadata exposure for audit.
Oracle / settlement ergonomics
-
Resolution surfaces clarified so settlement feels procedural and inevitable:
- evidence comes in
- resolution is signed
- positions redeem by proof
Kai-Klok alignment refinements
- More consistent Kai-Klok pulse anchoring across mint / verify / resolve flows.
- Stronger “moment truth” framing: events resolve to pulse-anchored finality.
🔧 Improved
Developer experience + correctness
- Type safety tightened in vault + glyph flows (reduced implicit/unsafe paths).
- Lint errors addressed in key UI modules (no “any”, strict typing, cleaner contracts).
- Better internal normalization of proof payload shapes (less special-casing).
UI reliability
- Better handling of missing/partial metadata without breaking render or verify.
- Fewer mobile layout edge cases (overflow, long IDs, ring text collisions).
🧱 Fixed
- Verification edge cases where partial proof bundles could render ambiguously.
- Vault sheet state edge cases (balance refresh, movement recording, UI transitions).
- Pulse ticker / time-source integration issues (more stable Kai-moment progression).
✅ Compatibility
- Existing v1.0.0 minted Sigil-Glyphs remain valid.
- No protocol-breaking changes intended in v1.1.0 — this is a hardening + clarity release.
