pyMCDS is a class that is analogous to the MCDS object in the matlab loader. It has data organized hierarchically from the .xml and associated .mat files in a member dictionary called data. It also has some member functions that show off the kinds of things we can do with this organization. pyMCDS_timeseries is a separate class that takes a directory and assembled a list of pyMCDS objects. It has a member called timeseries that is an array of those objects. It also has a couple of demo functions.
