Blenderbase v1.0.28

Release Notes:

• When updating to a new Blenderbase version, the Blender installation locations, addon filter, and downloadable Blender filter are now retained. The rest of the database will be removed, incase there are changes to the database structure.
• Improved consistency for hover-over descriptions by using a different method for displaying descriptions for buttons and actions.
• The active Blender version selector now closes when clicking outside of it or pressing Escape. It also closes the dropdown when re-selecting the current active Blender version.
• Added a missing column to the empty addon table row.
• Improved consistency between the launch buttons in the installed Blender version table and the download buttons in the downloadable Blender version table.

Warning:

• When updating to this version, the database will still be fully removed. The new feature for retaining the settings data will only apply when updating to the version following v1.0.28.
