Event reader 1.0.1

First fully available EVT3 .raw → BLITZ line (WOLKE Network contract).

Open a recording, inspect it locally, then send a cube or save NumPy.
No Metavision / MDK.

1. Run EventReader / EventReader.exe (optional path to a .raw file).
2. Yellow band, Δt, crop, Send as — then Build pictures and send to BLITZ
   or Save as NumPy….
3. In BLITZ → Stream: http://127.0.0.1:5055, token evt → Connect.

Default states: uint8 0 / 85 / 170 / 255 (nothing / OFF / ON / both).
Counts are uint16 activity; occupancy is uint8 binary.
