  • Auth layer moved to entrance 1.3.0 — the FOCI token broker, its persistence, and the sign-in orchestration now live in entrance (reused across projects). OutNote keeps the Graph client and the Microsoft 365 client/scope map. Public API unchanged (authenticate, OutNote, OutNote.from_refresh_token, TokenError).
  • README slimmed to an overview; full detail moved into docs/ (usage, reference, clients).

Added

  • Browser sign-in flows through from entrance: authenticate(interactive=True) falls back to a browser when headless can't finish, and interactive="always" opens a full manual login page.

Requires ms-entrance>=1.3.
