[ROS2] Large space when using "space" character

See moveit/moveit2_tutorials#93 (comment) for more context. rviz_visual_tools puts enormous amount of space when using the space character. I suspect this is a bug within rviz_visual_tools or markers. I hope to investigate this soon.
