Modifies the deposit CLI to only keystore generation when using the command existing-mnemonic.

Test command:

./deposit --non_interactive --language English existing-mnemonic --chain mainnet --num_validators 100 --keystore_password <RANDOM_PASSWORD> --mnemonic <MNEMONIC_STRING> --validator_start_index 0 --folder "/path/to/keystore_folder"
