[Feature suggestion] Alt+scrolling should change brush size #1883

Description
While the current hotkeys for changing brush size ( [ and ] ) might be useful enough for some users, I rarely keep my hands near them when using this program. Most of the useful hotkeys are on the left side of the keyboard, and my right hand is occupied with the mouse.
Therefore I'd argue it'd be an improvement to also allow the user to change the brush's size (or some other equivalent property depending on the tool, if applicable) using Alt+Mouse Scroll.
