Unhandled exception when delete a layer

Description
Unhandled exception when operating with same named layers.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new image.
2. Add a new layer (Layer2).
3. Select the background layer.
4. Add a new layer. It will receive the same name - Layer2.
5. Select the top layer.
6. Merge layer down.
7. Delete layer.
   Unhandled exception appears.

Debian 13, Pinta 3.1.2 (flatpak).

I was unable to reproduce on 3.1.2 (Flathub)... Maybe there was an extra step I missed?

I was able to reproduce it by using the right click menu to delete the layer - the toolbar buttons worked okay.
