Commit Message: fix(auth): prefer Authorization Bearer over query token (#158)

Centralize control-plane auth on Authorization: Bearer via pkg/auth,
and wire WS dial, tunnel, and ingress clients to the helper so agent
tokens are never sent as ?token= query params (proxies/access logs).

Controller still accepts legacy query tokens; new agent code must use Bearer.
