Is lack of support preventing you from moving forward, or do you have a workaround?
Yes — my workspace does not show any native Instagram / Meta app connector.
Because of this, I am forced to use raw Facebook Graph API requests and manual OAuth,
which is blocking me from sending Instagram Direct Messages in workflows.

Are there specific actions or triggers you'd like to see for this app?
Yes — at minimum:

Actions:

• Send Instagram Direct Message
• Reply to incoming Instagram messages
• Send message to user by IG user ID

Triggers (optional but helpful):

• New Instagram DM received
• New comment on post

Primary use case:
Automated customer support and order notifications via Instagram DMs.
