- Improve Qortal history recovery and expose optional partial-history results
- Retry unpublished React Native package versions on subsequent releases
- Update Rust backend and standalone SDKs to 0.3.6
- Update React Native wrapper and native packages to 0.3.7

Existing wallets and receiving addresses are preserved. No wallet recreation or funds transfer is required.
