- Fix a Windows Tor startup hang

- Prevent an earlier sensitive-copy timeout from clearing newer clipboard text

Linux ARM64
- Add an ARM64 Debian wallet package with the native KDF
- Select Linux updates and Verify Build hashes for the running CPU
- Adapt the wallet layout to narrow portrait displays
- Check the packaged KDF, dependencies, checksum, and release provenance in CI

Mobile and SDKs
- Publish one 64-bit ARM APK for direct download while retaining both ARM architectures in the Google Play bundle
- Remove unsupported x86 libraries from the Android release bundle
- Update the Rust backend and native SDKs to 0.3.7 and React Native packages to 0.3.8

The ARM64 Debian package requires glibc 2.35 or newer.
