Fixed

• Filter Dead Streams now removes dead streams (#65). It had never
  removed anything: it looked for the picture size in the wrong place, so
  every stream looked unchecked and was kept. It now reads each stream's
  recorded stats. A stream counts as dead when IPTV Checker has cleared its
  stats, when its width or height is 0, or when its resolution reads 0x0.
  A stream with no stats at all is kept. A channel whose only matches are
  dead keeps the streams it already has.

Changed

• Auto-match after M3U refresh runs only after a successful refresh.
  From Dispatcharr 0.32.0, a refresh that ends in an error does not send the
  refresh event, so no match runs after it. The setting text and README now
  say so. Tested on Dispatcharr 0.32.0; nothing else needed changing.
