Fixed

• Matching no longer pauses the rest of Dispatcharr while it prepares. Before
  matching, each run prepares every stream name once, and that step never paused
  for other work: on an installation with about 7,000 distinct stream names it held
  the Dispatcharr worker for half a second, so other requests and streams served by
  that worker waited. It now pauses every 500 names. Match results are unchanged.
• Readout files are written even when /config cannot be written. Check Stream
  Countries, Scan Placeholder Names, Report a Bug and Test Regex Rules wrote their
  file only to /config/stream-mapparr, which a stock Dispatcharr image does not
  let plugins write, so the file was missing there. They now use
  /config/stream-mapparr when it can be written and /data/stream_mapparr_readouts
  otherwise. Installations where /config already worked are unchanged.

Changed

• The release archive now carries signed build provenance. Check a downloaded
  copy with gh attestation verify Stream-Mapparr.zip -R PiratesIRC/Stream-Mapparr --signer-workflow PiratesIRC/Stream-Mapparr/.github/workflows/ci.yml.
