Streams previewed in Dispatcharr are now ranked by their real resolution.
When Dispatcharr previews or plays a stream it records the resolution as text
such as "1920x1080", without separate width and height values. IPTV Checker
records all three. Sorting read only width and height, so a stream that had
only been previewed was ranked as if it had no stats at all, behind a lower
resolution stream that IPTV Checker had checked. A 1080p stream could end up
below a 576p one. Sorting now falls back to the resolution text. Placeholder
detection and the throughput bitrate estimate had the same gap and use the
same fallback. Reported by subzero79.
