PixelDebh: Retro-Rescue! v1.18.2

Windows: install with the file ending in -setup.exe (the game then updates itself), or use the portable PixelDebh-1.18.2-portable.exe (no installation; it only tells you when a new version is out).
Linux: .AppImage (portable, updates itself), .deb or .rpm.
The unsigned installer may show a SmartScreen warning on Windows ("More info" -> "Run anyway"; the page below explains it step by step).
