Mostly a maintenance release, making some cleanup around the codebase:

Added

  • Added src/piwik_pro_mcp/_version.py to expose the package version from installed metadata.
  • Added a client test to verify the User-Agent header uses the package version dynamically.
  • Added AGENTS.md

Changed

  • Changed the default HTTP host from 0.0.0.0 to 127.0.0.1 in the server and development docs.
  • Updated the API package to import and export a shared version value.
  • Updated the API client User-Agent header to use the current package version instead of a hardcoded string.
  • Updated server usage examples to use uv run python -m piwik_pro_mcp.server.
  • Tightened CI dependency installation by switching to uv sync --dev --frozen.
  • Pinned GitHub Action versions in the release workflow to specific commit SHAs.
  • Refreshed documentation wording and corrected internal package/module references.
  • Updated uv.lock to reflect the new package version and dependency changes.

Removed

  • Removed .cursor/mcp.json.
  • Removed repository .cursor/rules/*.mdc helper/rule files.
  • Removed CLAUDE.md
