* feat: publish pixapi-mcp to the official MCP Registry

- add server.json (schema 2025-12-11) declaring the remote endpoint and the
  npm stdio bridge under io.github.Pixapi-AI/pixapi-mcp
- add mcpName to package.json for registry ownership verification
- extend publish.yml: sync version from the pushed tag, validate and publish
  with mcp-publisher over GitHub OIDC
- bump version to 0.1.3

* fix: shorten server.json description to fit the 100 char limit
