Admin Commands

Admin commands are intended for server staff who manage money, accounts, player banks, migration, and central-bank policy.

Most commands on this page require permission level 3. The /ubs admin ... tree can also be reached through /bank admin ... for convenience. Commands that take <bankName> use the bank display name. If the name contains spaces, type the full name exactly as it appears in game.

Argument guide:

  • <amount>: positive money value, usually without a dollar sign. Example: 5000.
  • <accountId>: full UUID of a UBS account. Account IDs can usually be copied from account info panels.
  • <player>: online player selector/name accepted by Minecraft commands.
  • [reason]: optional free-text note shown to affected players and/or stored in metadata.
  • <frequencyTicks>: Minecraft ticks between scheduled payments. 20 ticks is about 1 real-time second.

Command Roots and Aliases

Command What it does Use when
/ubs admin ... Main UBS admin command root. All account moderation, bank compliance, migration, and schedule tools live under this root. You are running staff actions from the UBS namespace.
/bank admin ... Alias for the same admin tree as /ubs admin .... You want a shorter bank-focused alias for admin actions.
/centralbank ... Central-bank policy, reports, audits, settlement ledgers, and open-market operation tools. You are managing economy-wide policy or reviewing bank system health.
/ubs centralbank Opens a clickable central-bank admin panel with quick actions for save, rename, interest, deposit, withdraw, and admin view. You want an interactive admin overview instead of typing every command manually.

Core Central Bank and Money Tools

Command What it does Details and cautions
/ubs centralbank interest set <rate> Sets the legacy central bank interest value stored on the central bank. This is separate from the Federal Funds Rate. Use it only when you specifically want to change the central bank's base interest field. The value must be numeric and within the range enforced by the bank data.
/ubs bank save Marks UBS bank data as dirty so it will be saved. Useful after manual admin edits if you want the data manager to persist changes on the next save cycle. It does not create a backup by itself.
/ubs bank rename <newName> Renames the central bank. This changes the central bank display name, not a player-owned bank. Use a clear name because it appears in panels and account information.
/ubs money deposit <accountId> <amount> Adds money directly to an account. Creates an admin audit transaction, posts a balance-change event, and increases the target account balance. Use for corrections, reimbursements, event rewards, or migration fixes.
/ubs money withdraw <accountId> <amount> Removes money directly from an account. Creates an admin audit transaction, posts a balance-change event, and fails if the account cannot cover the removal. Use for corrections, penalties, or reversing accidental credits.

Account and Player Moderation

Command What it does Details and cautions
/ubs admin view <player> Shows a staff overview of the player's UBS accounts. Displays each account, bank, balance, primary status, frozen status, PIN presence, daily withdrawn amount, account UUID, and recent transactions. Account IDs are clickable/copyable in chat.
/ubs admin freeze <player> [reason] Freezes every UBS account owned by the player. Frozen accounts cannot perform normal banking actions such as withdrawals, deposits, or transfers. A freeze audit marker is added to each account, and the player is notified with the optional reason.
/ubs admin unfreeze <player> Unfreezes every UBS account owned by the player. Restores banking access across that player's accounts, adds unfreeze audit markers, and notifies the player.
/ubs admin freeze account <accountId> [reason] Freezes one specific account UUID. Use this when only one account is suspicious or needs review. The owning player is notified if online.
/ubs admin unfreeze account <accountId> Unfreezes one specific account UUID. Use after an account-specific investigation or correction is complete. The owning player is notified if online.

Economy and Reporting

Command What it does Details and cautions
/ubs admin report Generates a general UBS economy report. Shows registered banks, total accounts, active accounts, frozen accounts, total account balances in circulation, ATM withdrawals today, central bank reserve, central bank interest, and the top 10 richest players by UBS balance.
/centralbank report Generates a central-bank system snapshot. Reports total circulation, central plus player-bank reserves, active player banks, average reserve ratio, warning/restricted/suspended bank count, outstanding loans, Federal Funds Rate, net open-market operations, and recent interbank settlements. It also stores a report snapshot.
/centralbank report history Shows the central-bank report plus recent historical snapshots. Use for trend checks after policy changes, reserve crises, or large migrations. The command keeps recent report snapshots in central-bank data.
/centralbank ledger Shows recent successful interbank settlement entries. Useful for checking bank-to-bank movement, clearing activity, and successful settlement reasons. Limited by the configured clearing ledger size.
/centralbank ledger suspense Shows failed or suspended settlement entries. Use when money movement was flagged, failed, or routed into suspense. Entries include IDs, from/to bank IDs, amount, and reason.
/ubs admin flags Lists flagged events from settlement suspense. Filters suspense entries whose reason contains FLAG. Use this as a quick fraud or anomaly queue.

Loan and Scheduled Payment Overrides

Command What it does Details and cautions
/ubs admin loan pending Lists pending loan approvals. Shows players with pending approval-required loans, requested principal, and APR.
/ubs admin loan approve <player> Approves a player's pending loan request. Issues the loan funds to the player's selected account. The borrower is notified. Fails if that player has no pending request or issuing funds fails.
/ubs admin loan deny <player> [reason] Denies a player's pending loan request. Removes the pending request and notifies the borrower. Include a reason when possible so the player knows what to fix.
/ubs admin schedule list Lists scheduled payments registered in UBS. Shows each schedule ID, source account, target account, amount, frequency, and next execution game time.
/ubs admin schedule add <sourceAccountId> <targetAccountId> <amount> <frequencyTicks> Creates an admin-owned recurring payment. Source and target accounts must exist. Amount must be greater than zero. Frequency must be at least 20 ticks. The first run is scheduled after one frequency interval.
/ubs admin schedule remove <paymentId> Removes a scheduled payment by UUID. Use when a recurring payment was created incorrectly, is no longer needed, or is causing economy problems.

Bank Applications and Appeals

Command What it does Details and cautions
/ubs admin applications Lists player bank creation applications. Shows application ID, applicant, requested bank name, ownership model, and status. Use the ID for approve/deny commands.
/ubs admin applications approve <applicationId> Approves a pending player bank application and creates the bank. Deducts required creation/charter fees from the applicant's funding or primary account, adds fees to central-bank reserve, creates the player bank, creates the owner's starter account, stores ownership metadata, marks the application approved, and notifies the applicant if online.
/ubs admin applications deny <applicationId> [reason] Denies a bank application. Marks the application denied, stores the denial reason and reviewer, and notifies the applicant if online. Players are told they can appeal with /bank appeal <message>.
/ubs admin appeals Lists bank-related appeals. Shows appeal ID, player, status, and message. Use this queue to review denied applications or bank moderation disputes.
/ubs admin appeal <appealId> approve [reason] Marks an appeal approved. Stores reviewer info and optional review reason, then notifies the player if online. This records the decision; it does not automatically undo every related moderation action.
/ubs admin appeal <appealId> deny [reason] Marks an appeal denied. Stores reviewer info and optional review reason, then notifies the player if online.

Bank Governance and Compliance

Command What it does Details and cautions
/ubs admin reserve <bankName> Shows detailed reserve status for one player bank. Displays bank status, reserve, deposits, reserve ratio, required minimum reserve, and daily cap override. Use for liquidity checks and support tickets.
/ubs admin compliance Runs a reserve audit across all player banks. Same audit engine as /centralbank audit with no bank name. Shows status, reserve ratio, reserve, deposits, and reserve breach tick for each player bank.
/ubs admin compliance <bankName> Runs the compliance audit for one bank. Use when checking one bank without printing every bank.
/ubs admin audit <bankName> Shows raw metadata for one bank. Displays owner, status, and every metadata key stored for the bank. Useful for debugging governance, staffing, license, cap, status, or reserve state.
/ubs admin suspend <bankName> [reason] Suspends a player bank. Sets bank metadata status to SUSPENDED, stores reason/time, and notifies the bank owner if online. Use for serious rule or reserve issues.
/ubs admin unsuspend <bankName> Restores a suspended bank to active status. Sets status to ACTIVE, clears the suspension reason, and notifies the owner.
/ubs admin revoke <bankName> [reason] Revokes and removes a player bank. Protected against revoking the central bank. Positive balances are moved to central-bank checking accounts for each player where possible, accounts are removed from the revoked bank, metadata is marked REVOKED, and the bank is removed from the central registry. Use only for permanent enforcement or severe data correction.
/ubs admin unlock <bankName> Lifts a bank-run lockdown. Sets status back to ACTIVE, removes lockdown timing metadata, and notifies the owner. Use after reviewing a bank-run lock or fixing reserve/cap issues.
/ubs admin bankrun <bankName> Shows bank-run tracking data. Displays status, bank-run window start tick, withdrawn amount in the current window, and lockdown-until tick. Use to diagnose withdrawal spikes or lockdowns.
/ubs admin setcap <bankName> <amount> Sets a daily bank cap override. Amount must be 0 or higher. This writes dailyCapOverride metadata and can be used to temporarily restrict or expand a bank's daily capacity.
/ubs admin rateexempt <bankName> Toggles rate-band exemption for a bank. Flips the bank's rateExempt metadata between enabled and disabled. Use for special banks or temporary exemptions from rate restrictions.
/ubs admin waivefee <player> Grants a one-time charter fee waiver. The next bank creation/application path for that player can consume the waiver. The player is notified. It is stored in memory as a one-time waiver, not as a permanent account flag.
/ubs admin deferrenewal <bankName> Defers the bank's annual license renewal. Moves nextLicenseFeeTick forward by the configured annual license interval. Use when compensating downtime, testing, or granting policy exceptions.
/ubs admin deferrenwal <bankName> Legacy misspelled alias for /ubs admin deferrenewal <bankName>. Kept for compatibility. Prefer the correctly spelled command in new documentation and staff instructions.

Central Bank Policy Controls

Command What it does Details and cautions
/centralbank Shows the current Federal Funds Rate panel. Displays the Federal Funds Rate, implied savings floor/ceiling, and allowed configured range.
/centralbank rate Shows the same Federal Funds Rate panel. Use this as the read-only policy check before changing rates.
/centralbank rate set <rate> Sets the Federal Funds Rate. Requires admin permission. The value must be within configured min/max bounds. Broadcasts the new rate to the server. This is the main policy rate command.
/centralbank opm inject <amount> Injects reserve into the central bank through an open-market operation. Adds to central-bank declared reserve and records an OMO_INJECT history entry with actor, before/after reserve, and amount.
/centralbank opm withdraw <amount> Withdraws reserve from the central bank through an open-market operation. Subtracts from central-bank declared reserve and records an OMO_WITHDRAW history entry. It is rejected if the reserve would become negative.
/centralbank opm history Lists recent open-market operations. Shows operation type, amount, actor, and timestamp for recent OMO entries, limited by config.
/centralbank audit Audits all player banks. Shows reserve status for every non-central bank. Useful after policy changes or suspected liquidity issues.
/centralbank audit <bankName> Audits one player bank. Use for a focused reserve/compliance check on a single bank.

Import and Migration

Command What it does Details and cautions
/ubs admin import csv <path> Imports accounts from a CSV file. Path can be absolute or relative to the server root. CSV rows use player_uuid_or_name,bank_name,account_type,balance,pin,is_primary,history. Existing matching accounts are updated; missing accounts/banks can be created.
/ubs admin import essentialsx <path> Imports balances from EssentialsX-style YAML userdata. Accepts a folder or a single YAML file. Reads common keys such as money, balance, pin, bank, and account type fields when present.
/ubs admin import cmi <path> Imports balances from CMI-style YAML userdata. Uses the same YAML importer as EssentialsX but labels the audit records as CMI imports.
/ubs admin import iconomy <path> Imports simple iConomy balance files. Accepts lines like player, balance or player:balance. Imports into Central Bank checking accounts and can update existing balances.
/bank admin import ... Alias for all /ubs admin import ... commands. Use if your staff workflow already starts from /bank admin.

Each import command reports created accounts, updated accounts, imported history entries, failed rows/files, and first errors in chat. Detailed warnings are also written to server logs. Always back up bank data before a large import.

Deprecated or Not Currently Registered

The following commands were previously shown on this wiki, but they are not registered in the current command tree in the main branch. Do not rely on them unless a future release reintroduces them.

Command Status
/ubs admin shop view <player> Not currently registered. Use shop/retail UI tools instead.
/ubs admin shop level set <shopId> <level> Not currently registered.
/ubs admin shop level add <shopId> <levels> Not currently registered.
/ubs admin shop level remove <shopId> <levels> Not currently registered.

Audit Tags

Admin-driven balance changes and moderation actions are written into transaction history or metadata with admin-oriented descriptors such as ADMIN_DEPOSIT, ADMIN_WITHDRAW, ADMIN_FREEZE, ADMIN_UNFREEZE, ADMIN_IMPORT_CREATE, and ADMIN_IMPORT_UPDATE. These tags make it easier to separate player activity from staff corrections during support investigations.
