Fix N.O.V.A. 2 controls and update H700 documentation
Start in normal controller mode and prevent mouse movement from switching modes; Select still toggles mouse mode. Map X to the game’s native weapon-reload function while preserving Y’s grenade action.
Update both source copies and their READMEs to document the tested H700 gameplay, holding L1/L2 to activate power, and the current control scheme.
