🧹 Code Quality & Compliance

• Replaced fetch with Obsidian's requestUrl for cross-platform network requests
• Switched to activeWindow / activeDocument and instanceOf checks for popout window compatibility
• Replaced <h2> heading element with Setting().setHeading() in the settings tab
• Renamed command id to avoid the plugin id prefix
• Bumped minAppVersion to 1.4.0 to match Vault.createFolder requirement
• Removed unused imports/variables and tightened types in regex callbacks
• Cleaned up unnecessary regex escapes
• Replaced deprecated builtin-modules package with Node's built-in module.builtinModules
