🧹 Code Quality & Compliance

• Replaced fetch with Obsidian's requestUrl for cross-platform network requests
• Switched to activeWindow / activeDocument and Obsidian's .instanceOf(HTMLElement) helper for popout window compatibility
• Use window.setTimeout instead of bare setTimeout
• Removed the <h2> settings header and the redundant "ToWord Settings" heading from the settings tab
• Renamed the export command id to avoid the plugin id prefix
• Bumped minAppVersion to 1.4.0 to match Vault.createFolder requirement
• Typed loadData() result to remove unsafe any assignment
• Removed unused imports/variables and tightened types in regex callbacks
• Cleaned up unnecessary regex escapes
• Replaced deprecated builtin-modules package with Node's built-in module.builtinModules
