Lots of little tweaks to make the experience better.

Made it impossible to create a sensor with a name already used in Home Assistant
Changed rename to be locked by default with a warning popup explaining and what steps to take after renaming
Fixed the sensor state not showing in the panel header
Smart group entity list now dims and shows a paused banner when the group is paused

If you are not seeing the update, and you have 2 sensors, configure one and hit cancel, then go back to the other (any other) sensor. It forces the browser to use the newest code. Browsers cache a ton of information and don't want to change it unless forced.

If you dont have two sensors, make a dummy sensor with one value in it to allow switching and forcing the browser to recache.
