Added Jinja Templating for dynamic (live) status of custom alert lines.

Real-world examples that become much better:
Battery: "Phone battery low: 12%"
Lightning: "Lightning detected — 4.2 miles away"
Door with context: "Back door opened (last changed 14m ago)"
Any numeric sensor can now contribute its actual value to the label.

Use caution as there is a 255 total sensor limit unless you choose to go the attributes route which is an option in the integration.
