v0.1.0 - The first step

Semantic Version doesn't work perfectly for this repo since we'll probably want multiple middleware packages here. If this repo was solely about the auth middleware I would surprisingly call this a v1.0.0. We have tests and documentation in place, and it seems to be feature complete. That said, I'm setting this as v0.1.0 because we'll be adding more middleware to this and therefore this repo is still in the early stages.

Regardless, this is a step forward.

What's new in this version

Auth middleware

• The new auth middleware verifies that the incoming request contains an Authorization header with a valid JWT. It also contains some utility code in the test package for generating secret keys and JWTs for testing.
• There are tests in place to verify that everything is behaving as expected, although running these does require you to have the JWT private key stored in your JWT_KEY environment variable. Other than tests though, the verification only uses the public key so it can be hardcoded and won't need to be supplied to each endpoint through environment variables.
