`/timer [action] [timer name] <arg>`

list: Lists all timers by name
start: Starts the given timer from current time and shows it
stop: Pauses the given timer and hides it
reset: Resets the given timer back to starting time and pauses it
time: Sets the starting time of the given timer
title: Sets the title of the given timer. Does not change timer name
add: Adds a new timer with given name
remove: Removes the given timer
