Fix unsupported operand error.

There was an issue where the specified required version of Python was 3.7, but there was code that only ran in Python version 3.10. Made script compatible with 3.7. Also updated to recommend 3.10 to prevent other issues.

Added Reports workflow.

This workflow allows bulk export/import of reports. The user will be presented with a list of all reports in their Plextrac instance. Selected reports will be exported as PTRAC files. Exported PTRAC files can be selected to reimport into Plextrac. All selected PTRAC files will be imported into a single selected client. Each PTRAC file to import will create a new report on the selected client even if a report already exists with the same name.

Includes Client/Reports workflow. This workflow allows users to select from clients in their instance and create a ZIP file containing client information and information about each report on that client. This ZIP file can be reimported into Plextrac to create the client and add all existing reports.
