Before Posting

Please check:

• Did you refresh the page?
• Did you choose the correct semester and subject?
• Did you set up your API key if using Chat?
• Is the same bug or idea already posted in GitHub Issues?
• Can you explain the problem in steps?

Clear reports are easier to fix.

Common Problems

Problem	Try this first
Materials page is empty	Pick semester, then subject, then material type.
File preview does not open	Try another file or download the file from the source link if available.
Chat asks for API key	Follow Setup Your AI.
AI answer is too general	Ask a more specific question and confirm the selected subject.
AI says it could not find the answer	The topic may not be indexed yet or may not exist in the uploaded materials.
Upload did not appear	Wait for maintainer approval and workflow completion.

How to Ask Better Study Questions

Good questions:

• "Explain process synchronization from Operating System in simple points."
• "Summarize Unit 2 from Computer Network."
• "Give me 10 viva questions from the uploaded DBMS notes."
• "What is the difference between top-down and bottom-up parsing?"

Weak questions:

• "Explain everything."
• "Important?"
• "Give answer."

If you are not sure what to ask, mention the unit or topic name.

Privacy Reminder

Never post:

• API keys
• Passwords
• Private phone numbers or emails
• Student IDs in screenshots
• Paid copyrighted material

If you accidentally share sensitive information, delete it and rotate the affected key or password.
