This release finally fixes booting in Enhanced Mode on the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti, and presumably on the GTX 980 as well! 🥳

It also fixes a bad assumption about bitmap segments which goes all the way back to the Video7 driver, which was known back in the 90s and caused random crashes in Oregon Trail II, and possibly a few other games / programs.

There are also a few tweaks to VIDMODES.COM.
