Renaming custom item can't use color code in anvil

What happened?

I have report this bug 15 days ago.But seems you have forget it.

I test this again in my local sever,only use Itemsadder,protocolib and lonelib and CMI

I can rename vanilla item using color code(&a),but can't rename custom item

Steps to reproduce the issue

rename a custom item in anvil.for example rename it to be "&atest"

Yes,I know vanilla minecraft don't support the codes,so I have to add some plugins to ues this code.
I test mmoitems' item can rename,vanilla item can rename.
Strangely,only custom item made by Itemsadder can't rename,so I think something is wrong.

Purpur has a configuration to allow anvils to rename items with color codes. I'm using this and also meet this issue, which also only occurs on IA custom items.
So I guess the problem is most likely from itemsadder itself?

I will post a patch which should fix the issue.
Seems to be related on how Spigot converts color codes.

The next version should address the issue completely and should be compatible with any plugin which alters colors.
