haiii peeps, changed some things :3

Changes:

• added customizable blacklists for blocks and entities that should not be able to be picked up
• stopped blocks from being picked up in adventure mode
• made improvements to the tab autocomplete system used in the /dsettings command
• added a plugin version checker
