HF GGUF Downloader v0.1.0

This is the first release of the rewritten HF GGUF Downloader.

Highlights:

• Paste a Hugging Face link to any GGUF shard; the application downloads the complete shard set.
• Direct downloads through the official huggingface_hub backend with hf-xet acceleration.
• Byte-level progress, cancellation, cache reuse, and resumable partial downloads.
• English minimal Windows GUI.
• Support for public, private, and gated repositories through standard Hugging Face authentication.

• The ZIP contains the executable, MIT license, and third-party notices.
• The executable is also attached separately for convenience.
