Adds a link to podcastindex-mcp, a Model Context Protocol server that exposes the Podcast Index API to AI assistants, under the existing Node.js/npm/yarn section. Regenerated docs/pi_api.json and docs/pi_api.yaml via `yarn build` and updated the mirrored description string in the Postman collection, matching the file set touched by PR Podcastindex-org#144 and PR Podcastindex-org#130. Both existing entries under Node.js/npm/yarn (podcast-index-api, podcastdx-client) link to npmjs.com package pages, matching the subsection's own convention. Regenerated docs/pi_api.json and docs/pi_api.yaml with corepack yarn build to keep bundles in sync, and mirrored the same link change by hand in the Postman collection description, same as the manual-sync step in Podcastindex-org#144/Podcastindex-org#130.
