特别声明：关于默认测速地址的更换

本版本已将默认测速地址由原本的 Cloudflare 官方测速地址更换为新的默认测速地址。

更换原因是：在部分网络环境中，运营商可能会对原本的 Cloudflare 官方测速地址进行特殊放行或优化，导致测速结果明显高于实际使用体验。例如测速结果看似非常理想，但换成真实业务域名后速度可能并不符合预期。

因此，为了尽量减少这类“测速虚高”对 IP 优选结果的影响，本版本调整了默认测速地址。

当然，原本的 Cloudflare 官方测速地址仍然保留为可选项：

speed.cloudflare.com/__down?bytes=99999999

您可以根据自己的实际需求选择默认测速地址、Cloudflare 官方测速地址，或输入自定义测速地址。一切选择由您决定。

Special Notice: Default Speed Test URL Change

In this version, the default speed test URL has been changed from the original official Cloudflare speed test endpoint to a new default endpoint.

The reason is that, in some network environments, certain ISPs may specially whitelist or optimize the original official Cloudflare speed test URL. This can cause speed test results to be significantly higher than real-world usage. For example, the measured speed may look excellent, while performance with an actual service domain may be much lower.

To reduce the impact of this kind of inflated speed test result on IP selection, the default speed test URL has been changed.

The original official Cloudflare speed test URL is still available as an option:

speed.cloudflare.com/__down?bytes=99999999

You may choose the new default speed test URL, the original Cloudflare official speed test URL, or enter a custom speed test URL based on your own needs. The choice is entirely yours.
