Fix app sub subsystem build creating new procedures for inner subsystems build adding another level of hierarchy with apps and cuda in mind.
While there I came across some bugs in the build files and CMake procedures that I fixed.
Also I enhanced system requirements finding with AUTO_OFF flag.
Apps programs that doesn't provide libraries are now all listed
The status is also a bit tweaked so that each subsystem which have children can appropriately show them.
This solves #256
